According to the National Committee on Pay Equity, Equal Pay Day “symbolizes how far into the year women must work to earn what men earned in the previous year.” To honor this day and provide support to students, Pitzer Career Services is hosting an event with trustees Julie Flapan, Executive Director, Alliance for California Computing Education for Students and Schools and Gulnar Vaswani, Chief Culture Officer, Leadership Re-Imagined. 

Costa Rica Summer Health Program Information Session

Organized in collaboration with the Institute for Central American Development Studies (ICADS), the Costa Rica Health Program provides students a unique opportunity to explore health care in Costa Rica while developing their Spanish language skills and gaining an understanding of the life and culture of the region.

Summer Session is open to current students of The Claremont Colleges in good standing at their respective colleges and qualified students in good standing at other accredited colleges and universities.

New episodes released weekly
This spring, the programming for the Munroe Center for Social Inquiry is a podcast series. “The Careful Photograph” features contemporary photographers of color who are pushing the medium and posing important questions around race and identity. Each episode starts with a visual description of a single photograph by the artist, and then explores how the work in question works against expected tropes.
