Deborah Lieberman ’07 is jump-starting education for young children and credits Pitzer with helping her find her path. Today, as Program Director at Jumpstart, she is working to close the education gap in early education. “Pitzer,” she says, “taught me that your education can benefit others.”
Deborah went to Pitzer and discovered the importance of sustainable social change. Pitzer believes in Deborah and the path she has taken.

A member of Pitzer's Class of 1990, Elaine discovered life-changing truths about herself at Pitzer and went on to practice her commitment to community mobilization for disease prevention. “Pitzer changed my life. I gained a state of being that is unafraid.”
