Pitzer Alumna Sachi Watase ’17 Selected for Teachers for Vietnam Program

Claremont, Calif. (July 6, 2017)—Recent Pitzer College graduate Sachi Watase ’17 will teach English at a university in the Mekong Delta this fall with Teachers for Vietnam (TfV), a nonprofit dedicated to building bridges between Vietnamese and Americans through cultural exchange and university-level language learning. Pitzer College Student Allison Donine ’16 Receives Teachers for Vietnam Fellowship

Claremont, Calif. (May 4, 2016)—Pitzer College student Allison Donine ’16, an environmental analysis major, has been selected for the Teachers for Vietnam (TfV) program. She is among a small group of TfV fellows who will travel this fall to universities in the Mekong Delta to offer classes in oral communication, pronunciation, American culture and literature.
