Claremont, Calif. (February 14, 2019)—Pitzer College is ranked #56 out of 2,238 colleges and universities for diversity, placing the College in the top five percent of all schools in the country. Pitzer was also ranked #9 among colleges in California.

2019 Most Diverse Colleges Ranking recognizes colleges and
universities for having one of the most diverse student populations in the
country with respect to race, age, gender and geographic origin. Pitzer
improved its national ranking by 42 positions over the previous year’s ranking.
