Pitzer College Receives Silver Medal from Council of Advancement and Support of Education

Claremont, Calif. (May 27, 2009) — Pitzer College was awarded a 2009 Circle of Excellence silver medal by the Council of Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) in the Individual Intuitional Relations Publications category for its 2008 Report of Excellence, an annual booklet that highlights the best of Pitzer College.

Pitzer College was recognized twice by CASE in 2008. President Trombley received the 2008 Chief Executive Office Leadership Award and the College won a silver medal for Individualized Special Events for the grand opening of Pitzer’s three eco-friendly residence halls.
