If a student wishes to return to Pitzer after being withdrawn from the college, they will need to apply for readmission during the specified application periods. Readmission is only for students who have previously gone through the Pitzer admission process as a first year, transfer, or new resources student and enrolled at Pitzer College. This application is NOT for students that previously applied or were admitted to Pitzer, but decided NOT to enroll.
Along with the evaluation by the Admission office, Admissions consults independently with the Academic Standards Committee (ASC) and the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) to determine if the student is eligible to return to Pitzer College. In order to return, students must be in good academic, disciplinary, and financial standing. If readmitted, the Academic Standards Committee or Office of Student Affairs may define the probationary terms under which the student may continue enrollment. Students who fail to meet the terms of probation following readmission normally will be dismissed from the College.
You can access the Readmission application by clicking here: Readmission Application. The preferred browser to complete this application is Google Chrome.
The application deadline is October 10th for Fall Admission and April 1st for Spring Admission.
Readmission applicants must also submit a non-refundable $70 application fee. If the fee poses an economic hardship, there are options in the application to request a fee waiver.
