| 8-10:30 am | Check-In & Move-In Gold Student Center – Multipurpose Room On arrival, please pick up your information packet, ID card, verify your medical coverage, and register your bicycle. You may begin moving into your room after you have checked-in. Welcome Week staff will be on hand to help you get settled. |

| 8:30 am-4:30 pm | Financial Registration Student Accounts, Scott Hall - Rooms 120 & 122 The Student Accounts Office will be open to assist students and parents with their financial registration. |

| 9-11 am | New Resources Student Mentor Meeting Mead Hall - New Resources Lounge Meet your Mentor and fellow New Resources students. Find out about the registration process and start your Pitzer education. |

| 9 am-2 pm | From the Grove House with Love Grove House Stop by the Grove House for a complimentary cookie and beverage. |

| 11 a.m.-Noon | First-Year and Transfer Mentor Meetings Pellissier Mall (Mounds) Here's your first chance to ask questions and meet the other students in your group. Look for your Mentor's sign on columns along the walkway between Holden and the Pellissier Mall (Mounds). |

| 11 am-Noon | New Resources Student Computer Orientation Session Broad Hall - Room 213 New Resources students should attend this scheduled session to establish their Pitzer e-mail and computer accounts. |

| Noon-12:45 pm | Student Welcome Program Brant Clock Tower Lawn Meet President Laura Skandera Trombley, other key senior administrators, and your Senate Chair and Vice Chair. |

| 12:45-1:45 pm | Student Welcome Barbecue Pellissier Mall (Mounds) Hang out with your mentor and meet other students while you enjoy a barbecue lunch and a fantastic a capella performance by The Shades. |

| 1:45-2:15 pm | Educational Objectives Overview Brant Clock Tower Lawn Pitzer’s six educational objectives and how to be successful through our registration process will be outlined for you here by Professor Thomas Poon, Associate Dean of Faculty. |

| 2:20-3 pm | Academic Advising - Group Meetings Various Locations Meet with your faculty adviser to learn about academic advising at Pitzer and set up your individual meeting time for Saturday or Sunday. Your faculty adviser will help you explore and create your academic plan. |

| 2:20-3 pm | International Student Academic Orientation Fletcher Hall 104 All international students must attend. |

| 3-4:45 pm | Academic Advising - Individual or Group Meetings Various Locations Continuation of the group or individual sessions with your faculty adviser to help you explore and create your academic plan. |

North and East Sanborn Residence Halls will meet in the Gold Student Center Multi- Purpose Room. Atherton and Pitzer Residence Halls will meet in the Broad Performance Space. |
