CONGRATULATIONS ON CHOOSING PITZER COLLEGE!
Orientation Adventure (OA) is a student-led program designed to welcome incoming students to Pitzer. The program represents a great opportunity for new students to make their first friends at Pitzer and enjoy several days of fun and challenging activities before Welcome Week begins.
ALL incoming First-Year, Transfer, and New Resource students are encouraged to participate. However, spaces are limited and will be filled in the order that completed applications are received.
Pitzer OA offers themed trips throughout California designed to support Pitzer Core Values and appeal to a variety of interests. Each trip allows participants the opportunity to meet fellow students in a fun, non-academic setting, and gives students the opportunity to become familiar with destinations and activities accessible from Claremont.
Orientation Adventure for 2009 all take place August 23 through 26
All students participating in OA will arrive at Pitzer on Saturday, August 22, and check into their rooms. The various trips are in the process of being finalized, and will span the range from outdoor trips to community exploration around Southern California. Questions may be sent to OA@pitzer.edu.
