Application for Orientation Adventure

The application deadline for Orientation Aventure was June 26 but late applications will still be considered.

How to Apply

Submit your application online.

1. Submit your application and trip preference.

2. Submit your medical information form.

3. Download and fill out the liability release form and mail it with your check to the address below. An OA coodinator will be in touch with you if there are any issues about trip availabilty, payment, etc.
