Building Green

LEED Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) is the national standard for sustainable buildings created by the US Green Building Council.

Pitzer College is pursuing the highest level of green certification practical for the Residential Life Project, and a preliminary review of likely LEED points suggests that the College will be able to earn a Gold rating from the US Green Building Council.
