OF PROJECT PERICLES
Project Pericles® is governed by its Chairman and executive
staff, the Executive Planning Board, the Presidents’ Council,
and the National Board of Advisors:
EXECUTIVE PLANNING BOARD
The Executive Planning Board consists of distinguished citizens
who meet regularly to consider and act upon all matters of substance
related to the development and operation of Project Pericles. All
policy decisions and significant initiatives of Project Pericles
are subject to EPB approval.

PRESIDENTS’ COUNCIL
All members of the Presidents’ Council are presidents of Periclean
colleges and universities. With its own bylaws, the Council is constituted
as an advisory adjunct of the Executive Planning Board and of the
Executive Office of Project Pericles. It serves as a specially qualified
interface between the Executive Office and Pericleans. The Council
has an active collaborative role with the Executive Office, and
its Chair is an ex officio member of the Executive Planning Board.
The Council also advises and assists Periclean institutions in Program
development and administrative policy-making, and promotes their
interactions and cooperative initiatives.

Pericles. Its members are accessible to the Executive Office and
Executive Planning Board for advice and guidance.
