About the Writing Center

The Writing Center is staffed by Pitzer and Claremont Graduate University students who are available to help you in all stages of the writing process from generating topic ideas to completing a final draft.

Having trouble choosing a topic? Need someone to review your first draft or give you stylistic assistance? The Writing Center can help. Tutors are also available by appointment.

Writing Center Regular Hours (through Wed. May 7th):

• Sunday - 7 pm - 10 pm
• Monday through Wednesday - 2 pm - 5 pm; 7 pm - midnight
• Thursday - 2 pm - 5 pm; 7 pm - 10 pm
• Friday & Saturday - CLOSED

Extended Hours (Thurs., May 8th - Wed. May 14th):

• Thursday., May 8th -- 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to midnight
• Friday, May 9th -- CLOSED
• Saturday, May 10th -- 2 to 5 p.m.
• Sunday, May 11th -- 7 to midnight
• Monday, May 12th -- 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to midnight
• Tuesday, May 13th -- 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to midnight
• Wednesday, May 14th -- 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to midnight
