Waive or Sign up for Health Insurance

Proof of health insurance MUST be provided prior to making your tuition and fee payment.

Pitzer College requires that all full and qualifying part-time students carry some form of health insurance. You may have a private insurance policy or elect to enroll in an insurance policy provided through the College. The College further requires that proof of insurance be provided to the College EACH year that you are an enrolled student.

You must provide this proof by completing the Insurance Waiver/Enrollment form available here and mailing it to the Office of Student Affairs, or by contacting Rochelle Brown at 909-607-3553, or emailing her at rochelle_brown@pitzer.edu.

If proof of insurance is not provided, the student’s account will be charged with the current annual Student Health Insurance Premium.
