Final Pitzer College Transcript
Your final transcript will be mailed to the address indicated on your Application for Graduation approximately one week following your graduation date. Fall 2007 graduation date is October 4, 2007. Winter 2008 graduation is February 28, 2008. Spring graduation date is May 17, 2008.

Pitzer College Diplomas
Diplomas will be received during the Commencement Ceremony in May. If you do not participate in Commencement, your diploma will be mailed (approximately one week following Commencement) by certified mail to the address indicated on your Application for Graduation. Should your plans to participate in Commencement change, please notify the Office of the Registrar at 909.621.8363.

Financial Aid
If you have a student loan, the Financial Aid Office will contact you for the required exit interview.

Reference File
A reference file, maintained in the Office of the Registrar, contains confidential letters of recommendation for you from faculty and staff selected by you that may be sent, upon your written request, to prospective graduate schools and/or employers. To establish a reference file and obtain recommendation forms, contact the Office of the Registrar at 909.621.8363
