Claremont, Calif. - Pitzer President Laura Skandera Trombley's new vehicle generates quite a buzz on campus. But it's not because of its looks or power.
   The vehicle literally buzzes around campus thanks to the totally electric power plant on the Chrysler Global Electric Motorcar donated to Trombley by the college's Eco Center.
   The center, in keeping with its mission of promoting sustainable energy practices on campus and beyond,
