Participant, published by the Pitzer College Public Relations office, won a coveted 1999 Silver Medal for excellence from CASE, the Council for Advancement and Support of Education. The medal was part of CASE's national Circle of Excellence Awards Program for alumni relations, development and communications. Participant was cited for excellence among college and university general interest magazines.
