  • How do I change my CX password?
    1. Choose [U] Utility Menu from the main CX menu
    2. Choose [a] Login
    3. Choose [a] Change Password
    4. Click Enter
    5. In the QVT/Term window enter your old password
    6. Type 'p' to pick your own password
    7. Type new password (min. 6 charaters, must contain 2 alphabets and 1 number)
    8. Re-enter new password
    9. Continue until your password is successfully changed
    10. Hit the Enter key to return to the QuickMate menu
  • What do I do if my CX password expires or my account is disabled?
  • CX passwords are valid for six months from the date it was changed. You may change your password as often as you like. For security reasons your account will be disabled if you do not change your password before the end of the six-month period. Contact a CX-IT staff member to have your password reset if your account becomes disabled.
  • Also, if you incorrectly enter your username and/or password three consecutive times your account will become disabled and prevent you from logging into CX. If your account is disabled, contact a CX-IT staff member to have your account re-enabled.
