Two-Year Adjunct Visiting Professor in Organizational Studies

Pitzer College invites applications for an adjunct visiting professor position in Organizational Studies to begin fall semester, 2013. Successful applicants would be asked to teach six courses per year (three per semester) and contribute broadly to the offerings of this interdisciplinary major. Candidates should be prepared to share in the teaching of our field group’s core courses, including organizational behavior and theory. Other possible course topics could include Organizational Culture and Change, Organizational Socialization, Negotiation and Conflict, Decision Making, Cases in Management along with additional specialties tied to one’s trained expertise. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed the Ph.D. and who have demonstrated excellence in teaching.
