What is it?
The Claremont Colleges On-Campus Recruiting Program is a joint program with the 7-Claremont Colleges, Claremont McKenna, Claremont Graduate University, Harvey Mudd, Keck Graduate Institute, Pitzer, Pomona and Scripps Colleges that brings organizations to campus to interview students for jobs and internships. Employers also participate in a variety of information sessions and workshops. The Claremont Colleges as a joint entity bring in a larger variety of employers to the colleges than only one college could provide or accommodate.
When is it?
The Claremont Colleges On-Campus Recruiting Program starts in the fall, from approximately the second week in September through the first week in December. Spring Recruiting starts in the last week of January through the end of April. Note: A majority of Investment Banking, Accounting, and Consulting firms recruit early in the fall semester. It is important to get started early.

What students are eligible to participate?
Interviews are primarily focused toward seniors but juniors are also considered for internship opportunities. Career Fairs, Information Sessions, and Career Center Workshops and Seminars are open to students of all class years.
