On Campus Recruiting InformationThe On Campus Recruiting program gives juniors and seniors the opportunity to interview with employers visiting Claremont McKenna, Harvey Mudd, Pitzer, Pomona and Scripps Colleges. This joint program offers students a wider variety of employers than any one campus could accommodate. PitzerLink, our web-based recruiting program, allows student to access recruiting events on-line 24 hours a day. Additionally, PitzerLink allows students to do the following:
How to ParticipateTo be eligible, you must attend a Recruiting Orientation meeting. Orientation meetings are offered in September and January. Students who miss the orientation should contact Career Services.Types of InterviewsOpen interview - schedules are filled on a first-come, first serve basis. Students can sign-up on-line for an interview after submitting the required materials. Pre-select interview - schedules allow employers to choose the students they wish to interview. Students submit application materials to employers on-line before a specified deadline. Students who are selected can sign-up online for the interviews. Resume collect- refers to companies and organizations who are unable to come to campus to conduct interviews. Once application materials are submitted, employers will contact students individually to set up interviews at a location designated by the organization.
