The Speaker Series that Serves Up Open Discussion between Students and Leaders for Social Change

Our Mission

The purpose of Dining with Democracy is to facilitate discussion, debate, and dialogue about important contemporary political and social issues in a participatory atmosphere, and to bring the leaders of today to inspire the leaders of tomorrow.

The Dining with Democracy lecture series takes place 7 p.m. Dinner with the guest speaker precedes the lecture at 5:30 p.m.

Want to DINE with Democracy? Email Amy Jasper to have dinner before the event, catered by Pitzer's Shakedown Cafe! This dinner is open to ANYONE affiliated with any Claremont College.
