Honored Guest

Jim Marchant, Vice President and Dean of Student Affairs, has been selected as the honored guest.

The Honored Guest is a Pitzer College staff or administrator whom seniors feel has made a positive contribution and difference to your overall college experience and should be recognized for his/her efforts. The Honored Guest receives special recognition from the President during the commencement ceremony.

Student Marshal

Susan Phillips, academic director of the Pitzer in Ontario Program and Assistant Professor in Environmental Studies, has been selected as the Student Marshal. The Student Marshal is a faculty member whom seniors feel has significantly enhanced the overall educational environment at Pitzer College. The Student Marshal, along with the faculty marshal lead the graduating seniors into the commencement ceremony.
