Cap and Gown Information for Students

Measurements
All graduating seniors need to submit measurements for caps and gowns by March 29, 2013. You may do this by filling out the online form below, or by visiting the Office of Student Affairs, Holden Hall J114.

How to Measure Cap Size:
Step #1: Take a measuring tape. Place the starting end of the measuring tape at the middle of your forehead.
Step #2: Now while holding the starting end of the measuring tape, wrap the tape slowly around your head. Make sure you wrap the tape above your ears, at the position where the hat will be resting. Join the ends of the measuring tape.
Step #3:  Refer to the table below to convert your hat size measurement.
