Financial Aid

Deadlines

November: Applications (FAFSA and PROFILE registration forms) for financial aid (including new Cal Grants) are available from high school counseling offices or from the Financial Aid Office at Pitzer.

December: Applications (FAFSA and PROFILE registration forms) for financial aid mailed to homes of currently enrolled Pitzer students.

February 1: Deadline for prospective freshmen to submit FAFSA and PROFILE form to the appropriate processing center.

March 2: Deadline for currently enrolled students to submit FAFSA and PROFILE forms to the appropriate processing center.

March 2: Deadline to apply for the Cal Grant programs. California residents will not be considered for financial aid from Pitzer College unless they have applied for a Cal Grant.

Mid-April: On or before April 15, prospective freshmen will be notified of admission and financial aid.

May 1: Deadline for receipt of 2007 1040 tax return copies.

June: Returning Pitzer students notified of financial aid awards.
