First-Year Applicants

Pitzer College is now an exclusive user of the Common Application for first-year applicants ONLY.

If you are a FIRST-YEAR student please click the link below to fill out the online application and the REQUIRED SUPPLEMENTS:

Paper Application

Paper copies of the Common Application can be obtained from your guidance counselor, or by contacting our office. In addition, you may download the REQUIRED SUPPLEMENTS (in pdf format) by clicking the link below:

GPA Calculator

The following form is provided to assist you in calculating your Academic Grade Point Average (GPA). This GPA should be used to determine whether or not you will be exempt from submitting one or more of the admission criteria. This form is provided solely for your assistance and is not required as part of your completed application.

Transfer Applicants

Students seeking admission as TRANSFER students must use Pitzer’s unique application for transfer students. Please click the link below to download and fill out the pdf application or you may contact our office for a paper copy.

New Resources Applicants

Students seeking admission as NEW RESOURCES students must contact the Admission Office by phone (1-800-PITZER1, or 909-621-8129), or email (admission@pitzer.edu) to obtain a paper copy of the unique application for New Resources students.

Please note that in order to be considered for admission, you must submit your completed application by the assigned date:

First-year students (EARLY DECISION)
November 15
First-year students (REGULAR DECISION)
January 1
Transfer students (Fall Semester)
April 15
Transfer students (Spring Semester)
October 15
New Resources students (Fall Semester)
