You may also add a second independent study course on an aspect of Japanese culture of particular interest. This option must be supervised by a faculty member at The Claremont Colleges. Classes are held at Kobe Shukugawa Gakuin University (KSGU) in Kobe, Japan. The Summer Study in Japan Program is part of a comprehensive exchange agreement between Pitzer College and KSGU.
