Media Studies Cinematheque Series

Pitzer College hosts a cinematheque series that invites visiting artists and organizations to showcase a full range of work that includes films/videos, presentations, and performances. The Cinematheque creates a forum where students and practicing artists can have an artistic dialogue that encourages and supports new talent and also provides an exhibition facility for independent work.

Recent cinematheque visitors include Martha Colburn, Andrea Grover, Animal Charm, and Elisabeth Subrin, and the Black Maria Festival (see our links page to visit their websites).
